Vietnam among world’s best places to retire in 2015
If you are planning to retire abroad – because you want to live better for less, diversify your investments or enjoy a greater degree of adventure – Vietnam may be a choice.
According to a newly-released report from International Living, Vietnam is ranked 25th in the list of world’s best places to retire in 2015.
There are total 8 criteria to prepare this list; they are buying & renting, benefits & discounts, cost of living, fitting in, entertainment & amenities, heath care, infrastructure and climate.
With the total score of 67.3, this is the first time Vietnam is included in the list of best places to retire abroad. Especially, regarding the criterion of cost of living, this S-shaped country got absolute score.
Ranked first in the list is Ecuador which got absolute scores in many criteria. In addition, some other countries in Asia also got high ranks in the list, including Malaysia (86.8 points), Thailand (84.6 points), Philippines (76.3 points) and Cambodia (73.7 points).
