How to use Vietnam visa fast-track service

I have applied for a Vietnam visa on arrival via your website and also applied for the fast-track service. When I arrive at the airport how do I contact someone for Fast Track immigration service?

Please don’t worry at all. Here is a brief guide to use our Fast-track immigration service:

– after landing in Vietnam airport. please follow the exit path leasing to the airport area and find our Representative who stands at the end of the path with a sign of your name,

– and then hand over our representative your visa approval letter, entry and exit form (already filled), 1 photo and stamping fee

– and then wait to get your passport back with visa stamped on it.

You don’t need to worry at all. Before about 1 day before you arrive in Vietnam, we will send you an email notifying you of pick-up time and location as well as guide to use our services.
