Vietnam visa application for Danish

My visitor are Danish living in Singapore, he would like to come my company for co-operation business, whether the Danish have applied Vietnam visa or not, if yes so pls tell me the steps for obtains Vietnam visa for him arrival Vietnam smoothly.

Please be informed that a Denmark citizen can stay in Vietnam within 15 days without being required for a Vietnam visa. In case, your visitor stays in Vietnam for more than 15 days, he must apply for a Vietnam visa.
