ask something about Vietnam visa approval letter

Hi there. I have received my Vietnam visa approval letter, but I saw names of some other I do not know in my letter? Does it trouble me at the airport to get my visa? Thank you!

Please be informed that there will be no problem with the letter, you still get the visa stamped onto your passport upon your arrival at Vietnam airport. The people having names on your letter are just those whose request are processed at the same time with yours.
