Approval letter for Vietnam visa

 Hello, I applied with your company for visa approval letter for 2 people. I received letter by email but this email has 3 names in. Mine, my partners and somebody else. Is that ok? Can I pick up only 2 visas with this letter for 3 visas? I’m traveling to Vietnam tomorrow morning so please can you answer me as soon as possible. Kristyna.

Don’t worry about the names of the others on the approval letter. They are those whose visa requests are processed at the same time as yours. Please be confirmed that you can have your visa stamped at the arrival airport as normal.
