Visa on arrival is a convenient way to get Vietnam Visa and it will save you time and money, especially if you live far from the Vietnamese embassies. This type of visa is organized by travel agencies in Vietnam. You will collect the visa when arriving at the airport in Vietnam.
First, you have to get the approval letter before flying to Vietnam. To get one, you can submit online visa application form and get it after 2 days.
When you arrive at the airport of Vietnam, you can have your card stamped approval. Remember that you must prepare two passport photos and fee of $ 25 for 3-month single entry or $ 50 for multiple entries within 3 months. We do not mention stamping fee for 1 month single/multiple entry visa here as you do not need one, as a Singaporean citizen.
Option 2: Apply for Vietnam visa at Vietnam embassy
Required documents, visa processing procedure, how to submit visa application documents (in person or by post) and visa fee may vary from embassy in embassy.
However, basic documents to be submitted to the embassy for Vietnam visa application include:
- Original passport (valid for 01 months, at least since the departure of Vietnam)
- Visa application form
- A passport-sized photo 4×6 cm
